A Change is Stronger with power of Voice

t times you feel trapped, in driving change....at one end of the rope you are deeply into designing, developing, managing and executing change.... believing that change is happening and reaching towards success. But on the other end of the rope, is a strong and long embedded organisation culture giving some people too much of power to rule. At one point you come to realise that it becomes difficult to break that culture not because it is impossible but many have learnt and adapted into living in fear. And they don’t see it as a problem anymore. Sometimes I feel like a fool thinking a plan would change that.
It’s beyond that, you need a strong mind to drive right through people's mind. It’s more than just a plan. It is like you need to change the whole wiring system in people's mind before any plan can be effective. We live and breathe in fear, so what does it take to make fear run far away, a question I ask myself.....maybe ..just maybe...this might work...
1. Sharing what they have missed all the while because of fear
2. Telling them, they are not alone... giving the invisible strength around them to stand up and move.
3. Slowly and steadily expose them to their inner potential by showing how powerful their mind can be in achieving their dreams. As many have fear of losing job and believes they can’t get another job.
4. Build a voice culture- rewarding people who are able to voice a concern or an issue. Remember every problem leads you to an opportunity or discovery.
Do something... anything but just don’t let it pass you through.... the long term impact will create a society of voiceless which may stop human progress. A Change is a voice towards growth. Let’s break the fear in us....and bring the voice out.
